Jordan Love made a striking entrance at Lambeau Field before the Green Bay Packers' home opener on Sept. 24, arriving in a custom jacket valued at $200,000 and decorated with more than 500 KAY diamonds.
The Packers quarterback wore the blue anorak-style jacket for the team's "Thursday Night Football" matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. The piece was created by New York fashion brand Public School in collaboration with KAY Jewelers.
The jacket was made from natural vegetable-tanned lambskin leather from Italy and was designed as a one-of-a-kind piece. The diamonds were incorporated throughout the garment, making the outerwear the centerpiece of Love's arrival outfit.
Love paired the jacket with black pants, a white dress shirt, a black tie and sunglasses for his walk into the stadium.
The look is connected to Love's partnership with KAY and the jeweler's rebranded "Love All In" platform. The partnership gives the quarterback a connection to a campaign built around the idea of committing fully to what matters to you.
KAY also brought its Diamond Truth Booth mobile pop-up to the area outside Sideline Sports & Social before the game. Fans were invited to share what they "love all in" for a chance to win a diamond.
Love's arrival jacket was not a standard retail item. Its custom construction, Italian lambskin and more than 500 diamonds put the reported value at $200,000.
The diamond-covered jacket added another high-profile fashion moment to Love's appearances before Packers games, while also serving as part of his ongoing relationship with KAY.
